Individual & Age-Group Event
This 7 rounds nationally rated chess tournament is open to all players:
- FIDE chess rules and regulations apply
- The SWISS Manager program will be used for pairings
- Time control will be 25 minutes to finish
- Tie Break in sequence: (1) PE (Where applicable) (2) SOLKOFF (3) SB (4) CUMULATIVE
- The decision made by the Chief Arbiter will be final
Blitz Event
This event encompasses 9 rounds without break starting at 2.00p.m. on Sunday 8th May 2016.
- Time control will be 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment
- FIDE BLITZ rules apply
- The SWISS Manager program will be used for pairings
- The decision made by the Chief Arbiter will be final
